The first episode of the gastronomy travel program “Flight with Taste” was published on VK Video. The new project combines everything we love so much: travel and food. Each episode features a new city and a gastrotour in three formats, from affordable street food to legendary restaurants.

The main guide of the gastronomic tour was Michelin star holder and fifth generation chef Vladimir Mukhin. He is accompanied by famous guests, and in the first issue there is blogger Dmitry Zhuravlev (by the way, read our long interview with him here). His impressions are the main indicator of whether the gastro tour is successful or not.
The feature of the project is that gastronomic adventures begin before arriving in the city. In the first issue, Vladimir Mukhin developed a unique menu inspired by Arabic cuisine for all passengers on the flight, from economy to business class.
Our first issue is dedicated to Dubai, a city where eastern traditions meet modern technologies. The characters of the show try legendary kebabs at Al Ustad Special Kabab, go to the well-known number one restaurant Orfali Bros Bistro and find themselves in the gastronomic theater “Beauty”, where they enjoy edible works of art. The gastro tour ends with dinner in Sakhalin Dubai, where Mukhin combines the best impressions of graduation.
“Flight with flavor” is not just about food. In the episode, the characters explore culture, walk through the ancient quarter of Al-Shindaga, fly over the city in a helicopter and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the local market. In subsequent issues, the heroes will have to travel to Istanbul, Sochi, Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk and Vladivostok.
