According to the Superjob service, each seventh chef is disturbing because they are very easy to change Zupers and not lingering for a long time for a long time. However, not all experts agree with this position. Superjob Amir Saraakov, Vice President of the Development of Strategic Partnerships, is sure that flexibility and mobility are only a powerful side of young employees. According to him, Zupers, which has become the engine of progress, helps the business faster develop.
Interestingly, representatives of generation Z do not try to comply with the traditional framework. According to the results of a survey conducted in 17 cities of Russia among participants aged 18-28 years, four out of five young people are not ready to work according to the standard 5/2 program.
For them, the main factor of the business voter continues to be a salary: 35% of the participants stated that. 32% noted that professional growth is likely to grow and confessed that the presence of a format of 30% is particularly important to them.
Experts state that Zukers’ needs for employers reflect new trends in the labor market. The young generation wants to create a career according to its own rules and appreciates the freedom of election that may become a difficulty for conservative companies, but also paves the way for updating business processes.
