The spring/summer 2022 season marks the first Casey Cadwallader collection since founder Manfred Thierry Mugler passed away in January of this year, shortly before the collection began production. Therefore, her memory was, of course, honored in the mini-film: with both a traditional inscription and an episode in which Russian prima ballerina Maria Kochetkova and fashion dance star Barbie Svai dance in an archival dress from Thierry Mugler’s 1998 fashion collection. It is interesting that at that time this outfit was also represented on the podium by the Russian model Natalia Semanova.
