Prince Harry returned to psychotherapists to help protect his mental health. This fact is claimed by the royal biography Tina Brown in Palace Papers.

While the Duke of Sussex was in a relationship with the British actress Cressida Bonas, he convinced him to return to the mental health specialist after he witnessed Harry’s “explosive temperament”.
Tina writes: “The villagers have serious fears about mental health. Very few people know that Harry is the first to convince Harry to return to a therapist. <…> He forced the Duke to admit that he had problems and that he had returned to a psychoanalyst. “
Brown also said: “A person close to Harry said:“ An incredibly restricted and needed a person who understood how it was to have a public and personal version of his real life. ”
Thanks to the therapy, the Duke of Sussex was able to handle the injury caused by the death of his mother Princess Diana, who only occurred at the age of 12: “Finally, he noticed that he had avoided sadness using different tactics: to not even think of hooliganism.”

Remember that Prince Harry and Cressida Bonas have come together thanks to Princess Eugenia, a friend and relative of the prince. His novels lasted for two years, his beloved beloved 2014 announced his separation. Apparently they managed to maintain good relationships: in 2018, the actress Meghan Markle and the first were the guests at the wedding.
