Justin Baldoni continues his legal campaign against his It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively. She and her production company filed a massive lawsuit against the actress, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist Leslie Sloane, seeking hundreds of millions of dollars. TMZ reports this.

Justin and his company, Wayfarer Studios, which released the film, filed a lawsuit in federal court accusing Blake and Leslie of allegedly campaigning to discredit Baldoni and gain control of the film he directed.
According to the documents, the Gossip Girl star was “determined to make Baldoni the true villain of the story” to avoid public attacks during the film’s press tour. Justin claims that he was promoting hair care products and alcohol products while promoting the movie.
In the lawsuit, Justin says the war between him and his colleague began in May 2023, when they began shooting the movie. He claims he orchestrated a “takeover strategy” as he fought for creative control. The actor also criticizes Blake’s best friend Taylor Swift and her husband Ryan Reynolds for their contributions to the writing of the script. He says the actress rewrote a key scene where the main characters meet on the film’s rooftop.

Some of their first fights were over her character’s wardrobe: She wanted him to be rich and sexy. But Baldoni reminded him that he was playing a poor small business owner. He also claims that Blake did not read the book while working on the script.
Let us remind you that the legal process between Blake and Baldoni has been continuing since mid-December last year. You can read the full chronology of events in the scandal here.
