For the first time in a long time, John Travolta posted a rare family photo on a banned social network.
In the picture, the Pulp Fiction star was with her children Ella, 24, and Ben, 14. The 70-year-old actor wrote in his post: “Travolta family wishes you a Happy New Year.” Fans of the star were happy to see him: “Happy New Year John! Thank you for being in this world”, “Great family! We send love.” Subscribers also noted that the heirs resemble their star father: “They have your face.”
Let’s remember that Travolta’s son Jett died in early 2009. The boy was 16 years old and had congenital heart disease when he died. But unfortunately, the actor’s trials did not end there: Travolta lost his wife Kelly Preston almost five years ago. The couple has been married for 28 years. The Hollywood actor had a hard time with the death of his lover: he could not come to his senses for a long time, stopped appearing at social events and tried not to be seen by the public.
“I realized that mourning the death of a loved one is personal. Everyone has their own grief and everyone goes their own way to heal. This is different from other people’s experiences. The most important thing you can do to support someone who is grieving is to allow them to process their emotions rather than adding to their distress by intervening. This is my experience. Life is movement and journey. The way we leave our mark on people’s hearts shapes our legacy. Everyone interprets my life differently and that’s okay because it’s the way it should be. I try to focus on the aspects of life that bring me joy. This joy is associated with dance, music, and human connection,” John Travolta shared almost a year after Kelly Preston’s death.
