Jamie Foxx found the strength to talk about his diagnosis. He explained the reason for the emergency hospitalization and subsequent prolonged treatment.
The 56-year-old actor tearfully described his diagnosis on Tuesday in his Netflix special “Jamie Foxx: What Happened Was…” “The doctor gave the sad news to my brother and said, ‘There is enough brain bleeding to cause a stroke.’ If I don’t look at his head now we’re going to lose him.” After surgery Dixon was told: “We couldn’t find where it came from but he’s having a stroke. “Maybe he will be able to fully recover, but this will be the worst year of his life,” the actor said emotionally.
He remained in a wheelchair for almost a month after the distress call was stopped and Fox emerged from his coma. The actor had previously described his health concerns as merely a severe headache. He told his fans that he had a severe seizure, after which the doctor gave him a painkiller injection and sent him home.
Earlier, Emily Clark told how she survived two consecutive strokes. Therefore, the star was afraid of losing the role of Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones.
