Telegram will have 10 new features for mini applications. Pavel Durov reported this on his Telegram channel.
For mini apps the following will be available:
— Full screen mode of operations;
— Ability to add icons to the desktop;
— Paid subscription options;
— Using the phone’s geolocation with mini applications;
— Their access to device guidance;
— Set emoji status;
— Media sharing within mini applications;
— Sending gifts;
— Extended message limits;
— Making money from ads.
As Durov stated, after the update, developers will be able to create new types of applications and games on Telegram. Ad monetization and extended limits are already available, the rest will appear in 2-4 weeks.
