According to The Guardian, law enforcement officers searched the Buenos Aires hotel where former One Direction singer Liam Payne stayed before his death.
Special investigation police came to the Casa Sur hotel upon the instructions of the prosecutor’s office. Officers seized material including computer hard drives and hotel camera footage.
Let us remind you that the musician died on October 16, falling from the third floor balcony in the exclusive tourist area of Palermo. Liam Payne died due to multiple injuries as well as internal and external bleeding caused by the fall.
According to the investigation, the singer was alone before the tragedy and suffered a “nervous breakdown” after consuming unspecified substances. Before his death, the artist behaved noisily and destroyed his hotel room.
After Liam Payne’s death, fans began to bring flowers, candles and photos of the singer in droves to the entrance of the Casa Sur hotel. World stars also paid tribute to his memory.
