Zhora Kryzhovnikov and Olga Dolmatovskaya have created a new series based on the Soviet hit “Moscow Doesn’t Believe in Tears.” The project will tell the story of three friends in search of love and happiness in sunny Moscow in the early 2000s. The series has not yet received its name.

It is known that the main roles of the series will be played by Ivan Yankovsky, Andrei Maksimov, Anastasia Talyzina, Maria Kamova (Mash Milash) and others. The premiere of the project will take place in the online cinema Wink.ru.

“My character is a very smart, kind and bright hero. Director Olya Dolmatovskaya calls him “prince” on the set. Actor Ivan Yankovsky says of his character: “We are trying to move towards the ‘prince charming’, a man in love, a man who is not arrogant in any way, but a good man.”
