According to TMZ, the meetings were held behind closed doors. However, as the source noted, the couple had serious disagreements over custody of their daughters. Sophie wanted the girls to live in their native UK, but Joe insisted they stay in the US. The couple even tried to reach an agreement, but nothing worked without a hearing. As a result, it was decided that the children would spend two weeks with their parents until January of next year.
The exes did not touch upon the issue of property division, as they had a prenuptial agreement. Let’s remember that Joe filed for divorce in September last year. Jonas and Turner were then given time to reconcile. The process began again in March 2024.
Recall that Turner was already dating aristocrat Peregrine Pearson. In July, the actress was photographed on a date with her lover.
