Cult series “Brigada” receives an anime interpretation from artist Ai Molodca. He prepared an anime-style opening, which he worked on for about a month. The artist shared his works on social networks.

Artist and blogger Alexander Dobrokotov, known as Ai Molodca, regularly publishes visual experiments on domestic TV series, translating their characters and scenes into anime style.
Over the course of a month, he selected drawings, shots, facial expressions, and compositions to preserve the characters’ recognizability and adapt them to the anime aesthetic. The heroes of the “Brigade” appear in the pictures in a new format – the same power of gaze, the same highlights, but now in anime format.
If you look at the comments, you can see how gladly the audience accepted such an experiment. Users noted that despite the change in visual style, the characters were still recognizable. This participation proves that the interest in the transformation of nostalgic projects is increasing every year. And “Brigada”, loved by many generations, remains in demand, its images continue to inspire new writers and fans.
By the way, the first trailer of the Duolingo anime was released before.
