It became known that the cheapest apartment in the capital on the secondary market can be purchased for 4.8 million rubles. This is written by Finance Mail, citing data from the analytical center of Inkom-Real Estate.

The studio with an area of 19.3 square meters is located on the second floor of the Nekrasovka residential complex in the South-East Administrative District. The apartment has been renovated, as well as a glazed loggia.
“It is unlikely that the secondary market will become more accessible in the near future. But in the absence of mortgages and low demand, it is hardly worth talking about price growth,” commented Sergei Shloma, director of the Secondary Market department at Inkom-Real Estate.
Another (more or less) affordable apartment with an area of \u200b\u200b19 square meters and a loggia costs 5.19 million rubles. It is located on the ninth floor of a house built in 1975 in the Orekhovo-Borisovo North district of the Southern Administrative District.
