11th Street Cinema Festival is coming to St. Petersburg
The only competitive screening of the 11th Street Cinema Festival this year will take place on August 18 at Sevkabel Port. City residents will be able to watch the best short films by young directors and vote for the winner with lanterns. The event will take place outdoors.
Everyone will be able to participate in the voting for the best film by shining a flashlight on their favorite work. The organizers will measure the light level and give the winner a prize of one million rubles by September.
