Hello to all fashionistas! Your fashion editor is here. There are so many trends and brands in my world that I decided to start an online diary where I will make notes about the most important things in the industry. And although such diaries are usually called personal, mine is open to all readers – so you can be aware of the most interesting things.

Despite the holiday season, there is no less news in the fashion world. For example, fashion week is currently taking place in Copenhagen, where leading Danish fashion influencers gather. Lily Collins is preparing for the release of the new season of “Emily in Paris” (this is evidenced by the number of shots for glossy magazines). And designers never cease to delight in new campaigns. The other day, the Marc Jacobs team presented a new shoot with fashion influencer and model Gabrielle. But this time, Blake Lively shone the most on the cover of Vogue. By the way, the actress was filmed by Baz Luhrmann.

There were really interesting events this week, so I suggest you take a short digital journey with me into the latest news from the fashion world and learn a little more about our domestic brands, advertising campaigns and collections. Shall we start?

A few weeks ago, the founder of the N68 Atelier brand told us in our interview that she was planning to find a new mansion for the brand. “Not a store, but a mansion, house number 68, so that men can come there not only to buy clothes, but also to communicate with each other,” Natalya Baibakova said. She added that it was quite difficult to find a suitable building that would meet the brand’s aesthetics. However, it was already known that a new location for the N68 brand would open on August 20. The new boutique is located in a historic mansion on Bolshoi Kozlovsky Lane, where the spirit of old Moscow is felt. Every detail of the interior, from majestic arches to elegant decorative elements, emphasizes the exclusivity and sophistication inherent in the brand. Here, modern design is intertwined with historical motifs, creating a space where every guest will feel part of something great and eternal.

By the way, at the grand opening, special emphasis will be placed on the immersive participation of guests in the garment creation process. They will not only see the finished product, but also learn about the intricacies of production, how attention to detail and the choice of materials turn each N68 product into a true work of art.

If you are planning to go to the Patriarchal Ponds area, we recommend that you also take a look at the new concept area of Fiore Bags, which opened last week. The new boutique is not just a store, but also a unique space that combines elegant design, innovative solutions and unparalleled product quality. Chalk, warm grey and beige tones add simplicity and elegance to the space. Wooden surfaces add warmth, while travertine and clay textures combine with plants to highlight the naturalness of the style. Here, visitors can not only buy their favorite products, but also live a unique experience immersed in an atmosphere of style and sophistication. Meanwhile, at the back of the store there is a comfortable seating area where you can have a coffee, browse a glossy magazine and feel truly involved in the world of fashion.

August is the summer month when even the most convinced workaholics, without regret, put aside their work and go on vacation to enjoy the moment before the autumn season. Zhenya Linovich, the founder of the Masterpeace brand, also dreamed about this. Joining forces with Belle Letre, a publishing house of modern foreign literature for women, presented a holiday collection consisting of “mermaid” models with hand-embroidered weightless muslin convertible trousers, capes with tassels, white lace dresses and bodysuits. With a flick of the wrist, you can turn a swimsuit into a cocktail dress. “For me, relaxation means flowers and books, smells, lines, new thoughts and impressions,” explains the founder of the brand. Therefore, now, when you buy a summer sundress, Masterpeace gives you a beach bag with a removable fabric body for the swimsuit and a book from the publisher. By the way, all the books were carefully selected by Zhenya Linovich especially for the holiday season.

Agree, you can never have too many fashionable shoes in your wardrobe. It seems that we know what to add to your collection. After all, now the oldest shoe brand in Europe, Peter Kaiser, will be represented in Russia. On August 1, in the Palace of Culture in Moscow, the presentation of the new collection of the German premium women’s shoe brand Peter Kaiser, whose history goes back 185 years, took place.

The current collection includes Peter Kaiser’s best-sellers, elegant and sophisticated silhouettes that reflect the brand’s DNA. These include classic pumps, slingbacks, ballerinas, sandals, oxfords, sneakers and slip-ons, as well as sparkling summer shoes with rhinestones and elegant handbags for evening outings. The women’s shoe and bag range consists of 40 products and 120 color models. We think this is a good reason to go shopping.

The holiday season is slowly coming to an end, which means it’s time to think about how to update your office wardrobe to make you want to go to work. The St. Petersburg brand GATE31, whose team has presented a new campaign featuring key products from the brand, will also help us with this. Our favorites: a gray striped trouser suit codenamed “Liverpool”, a pleated skirt “Meredith”, and also an apron “Gilbert”. All this can now be purchased in the brand’s stores and on the official website.

There’s a reason why the fall collection, Near, was released under the name “Liberation in Art”. According to the brand team, one of the biggest challenges in art is the search for a new language that unites people in a time when core values need to be rethought. And creators are the first to sense the changes and offer their reactions. When preparing the collection, Near looked to Paris at the beginning of the 20th century, a meeting place for artists, sculptors, composers, dancers, poets and writers who quickly became famous. They caught ideas in the air and transferred them to their own medium: canvas, paper, stage.

Thus, the new collection is full of rich tones, as if taken from the artist’s palette. One of the most striking pieces of the drop is a sweater with the inscription Artoholic, for those who cannot imagine life without museums. Around it are presented soft knitwear that can be worn with formal trousers and double-breasted wool jackets. And in the fall, dilute your wardrobe with a scarf-poncho and a “two-piece” cardigan and vest knitted from cashmere. For the cold season, the brand also brings back basic sweaters made of merino wool, produced by combing sheep of the same breed. By the way, all new items can already be purchased in the Perimeter stores in Yekaterinburg and Moscow, as well as in the corner of the brand in the Tsvetnoy store.

Shall we be friends?
