Available from June 5th on Netflix, Under the Seine despite having enjoyed enormous success in France catastrophic reviews and an accusation of plagiarism. Directed by Xavier Gens, this horror film tells the story of a shark who wreaks havoc in Paris by entering the Seine, the day before a major sporting event.
The film features Sophia (Bérénice Bejo) who has to face this predator who turns out to also be the owner decimated his team a few years earlier. Together with Adil (Nassim Lyes), commander of the river police, he tries to avoid a bloodbath. The film has a sensational international successso much so that even Stephen King, the master of horror, wanted to see the film.

I thought UNDER PARIS was going to be a joke movie, like SHARKNADO, but Twitter convinced me to watch it, and it's really, really good. The last 25 minutes were fantastic.
