Los Angeles emergency services confirmed that an ambulance was indeed called to the hotel overnight. “We received a 911 call reporting that an adult female had been shot. The caller did not have much information about the nature of the injury. We sent an ambulance to the scene,” Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey was quoted as saying by Page Six.
In the end, no one went to the hospital. According to Humphrey, Britney went home with security. Friends of the pop star said that the incident stemmed from an argument she had with her boyfriend Paul Richard Solis in a luxury hotel.
