This time, the Moscow Arbitration Court ruled on the lawsuit filed by the entrepreneur Tempoline Logistics LLC against the company Bee Fit. It is known that Tempoline has been carrying and storing the blogger’s branded cosmetic products since 2019. During this period, debts and penalties related to the storage, assembly and transportation of products have accumulated. The total amount of debt amounted to 22 million rubles.
Meanwhile, both sides of the conflict reached an agreement to resolve the situation peacefully. The entire debt was divided into several payments. The blogger must pay the remaining two tranches by May 31.
Let us remind you that two criminal cases were opened against Valeria and Artem Chekalin by the Investigative Committee of Russia in March 2023. The first is tax evasion of 311 million rubles, and the second is laundering of 130 million rubles.
