When creating a cosmetics brand, it becomes increasingly difficult to stand out from existing brands, since the choice is so varied. The formulations are increasingly sophisticated, the list of ingredients is researched to the maximum and the promises are (often) kept because the consumer is increasingly informed and demanding. But Lady Gaga, the latest to launch her brand, has gone to great lengths to satisfy the most demanding among us.
I had the opportunity to test out a few Haus Labs products and picked 3 favorites. Here they are.
Illuminating powder with fermented arnica
Pigmented, luminous and easy to work with the brush… the Haus Labs highlighting powder has nothing to envy of the others. Applied to the skin, it recalls another best-seller that recently saw the light: the Soft Peach Powder blush by Rare Beauty. I especially loved it because it is infused with skincare ingredients that can enhance skin texture and magnify it. Equipped with micropearls, this highlighter gives the glow we all look for with the arrival of spring.
The fermented arnica concealer
The right concealer, the one that covers without weighing it down and leaves a luminous effect without making the skin greasy, is not easy to find. However, this Haus Labs product lives up to my expectations. Equipped with flexible pigments, it is very easy to work with (to obtain the coverage of your choice) and does not present fine dehydration wrinkles. Very bright, it brings brightness while hiding redness and imperfections. All without drying out the fragile areas around the eyes and nose. 10/10.
Lip oil
This lip oil is shiny like a gloss and hydrating like a balm. It is also very pleasant to wear. Since it is based on vegan collagen and prickly pear oil, it hydrates and nourishes the lips without drying them out, which is rare for a lip oil… If you are looking for your next favorite, you will probably find it in this Product.
