“I would like to thank all the people and artists who took part in the charity album prepared in support of the victims of the terrible terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall on March 22. I want to thank everyone who gave me the opportunity to sing not to touch this, one of my favorite childhood songs by Muslim Magomayev, whose name is given to the Crocus Town Hall. Thank you for listening, supporting, and being with your loved ones. We are still suffering,” Mona told her fans.

“The tragedy in Çiğdem united us all. It is clear that the terrorists and those who organized this terrible crime wanted to separate us, but the opposite happened. The whole country now stands with the dead, the injured and their relatives,” said Vladimir Presnyakov.

Lyusya Chebotina noted that for her, music is what always supports the singer and gives her strength. “Dear ones, I’m sorry, but it is now very difficult for me to find words about the tragedy of March 22. I don’t want to say empty and cliché words. And the best thing I can do for you right now is my music. “This is my main way of conveying emotions that cannot be expressed in simple words,” she said.

Muslim Magomayev’s song choice was determined by the “Cranes Are Flying” campaign, which had a great impact on the Internet. This is music that can touch the heart of anyone, regardless of musical preferences and one’s age. It should be noted that the hall in Çiğdem City Hall, where the tragedy took place, bears the name of the great Russian and Azerbaijani artist Muslim Magomayev, whose songs raised more than one generation.
