Today, a number of Telegram channels and media outlets published news about the possible closure of the clinic of the famous plastic surgeon Timur Khaidarov for three months. Allegedly, Roszdravnadzor (RZN) submitted a corresponding request to the Moscow Arbitration Court. Medical lawyer of the IQ Plastic clinic Kristina Vysotskaya responded to messages on the Internet, expressing the official position of the institution. She stated that the clinic will not be closed. He also denied information regarding the initiation of the arbitration process with RZN.

“As we previously reported, on February 7, 2024, the Roszdravnadzor Regional Body’s review of the activities of the IQ Plastic clinic for Moscow and the Moscow Region was completed. It was carried out between 09/06/2023 and 02/07/2024 and covered almost all aspects of the medical establishment’s activities,” the lawyer said.
Vysotskaya explained that according to the results of the inspection, an order was issued to the clinic to eliminate the detected violations and a protocol was drawn up regarding the administrative violation. “The protocol itself is a document that records an administrative offense as seen by inspectors. “The person against whom action is taken due to an administrative offense may agree or disagree with the violations specified in the protocol and may object to them,” he said.
Kristina Vysotskaya noted that the further procedure for reviewing the protocol is also determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation: “In a situation where the RZN is audited, it is the arbitration court that takes into account the protocol and the statement of the state body that compiled it. It is the arbitration court that brings the audited person to administrative liability.” According to him, this is exactly the RZN application currently received by the Moscow Arbitration Court.
“Part of the identified violations was immediately eliminated, the clinic did not admit part of the violations specified in the protocol to which it sent its reasoned objections to RZN and, of course, will present all these documents at the hearing. The court will make the final decision on this issue,” said the clinic’s lawyer, Timur Khaidarova.
