“Elena Olegovna was accused in the final version. On Monday, the investigation will officially announce the end of investigative actions to her and Alexey, immediately after the interrogation of our client’s husband. In connection with the expanded charge, Elena will plead guilty only to tax evasion, said lawyer Natalia Salnikova.
According to him, the criminal case of Valeria and Alexei Blinovsky contains about 30 volumes. It was also reported that investigators plan to ask the Moscow City Court to extend Elena Blinovskaya’s detention, which ended on April 26. They see no reason why he should be released from the pre-trial detention centre.
