The entire Skywalker saga will return to theaters for STAR WARS Day!

Lucasfilm has announced some big plans for Star Wars Day! It had already been announced Star Wars: The Phantom Menace will return to theaters to celebrate its 25th anniversary, but the rest of the Skywalker saga films will follow. It will be fun to revisit these films on the big screen! It is definitely a great opportunity for parents to bring along their children who have never seen films in the cinema.

The Phantom Menace will return to theaters on May 3 and will include a special preview of the upcoming series, Star Wars: The Acolyte. StarWars.com also revealed that you can watch it The Phantom Menace on the big screen with the rest of the Skywalker Saga on May 4th.

“Lucasfilm announced today that, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, fans will have the chance to experience the entire Skywalker saga in theaters this May 4th, also known as Star Wars Day. This includes everyone and nine episodic films in chronological order: Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars: A New Hope, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.”

It was also shared: “Plus, an exclusive look at The Acolyteof which the upcoming Disney+ series set during the High Republic era will be a part The Phantom Menace projections. Finally, participants will receive a special limited edition poster.

Tickets go on sale today, Friday, March 22, at 9am PT / 12pm ET.
