The quick and easy lemon mousse recipe
To make this recipe you will need:
- 125 g of butter
- 125 g of sugar
- 125 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 lemons
- 1 sachet of yeast
In a salad bowl, mix the butter (a little soft) with the sugar until it becomes a little foamy. Then add the eggs, then the juice of the two lemons. Grate the zest (without scratching your fingers) and add the flour and yeast. Mix everything together as if your life depended on it, butter a mold and that’s it, bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
