  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

  • Oat, hazelnut, almond or coconut milk (depending on taste)

  • Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it gently.
  • Add half a teaspoon of ground turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, cinnamon and ginger. Mix with a whisk so that no lumps form.
  • When the mixture is perfectly smooth, pour in the honey (or agave syrup).
  • Leave everything to infuse over a very low heat for 5-10 minutes (the longer the time passes, the tastier your golden latte will be).
  • Place a strainer over the cup and strain the milk so that no bits make your experience unpleasant.
