Kazakhstan brunch at Folk

Centuries-old traditions, local products and modern trends – Folk continues its ethnic brunch series together with Kazakh restaurant Tarih and Story bar on February 16 and 17. The romance of nomadic life and the fragrant breath of the steppe wind, together with an unusual menu, cocktails and, of course, kumiss, will amaze Tsvetnoy.

Bar innovations at Sapiens restaurant

Sapiens restaurant has updated its cocktail menu to leave an extraordinarily pleasant taste of winter: seven interesting new items have appeared, seven bar mixes that are far from ordinary, containing the tastes and aromas of each season. The cost of each is 820 rubles.
The new products were developed by the new head bartender Ilya Netsvetaev, a tireless enthusiast and experimenter with more than impressive experience. Ilya previously worked as a bartender at the prestigious hotels Swissotel Red Hills Moscow and Four Seasons Mosco.

Black Thai Birthday

Recognizable Thai flair, tropical colours, dramatic luxury interior, classic and modern take on Asian cuisine – Black Thai turns 9 years old. The modern Thai cuisine restaurant opened by Alexander Rappoport in 2014 is celebrating its birthday.

On February 18, the Black Thai team invites everyone to share the joy of this event. Throughout the day, guests will be treated to a festive cocktail consisting of bail, spiced rum, paprika and spices. To end your lunch or dinner, you will be served the “Golden Dragon” dessert made of coconut mousse with the addition of pineapple and milk chocolate. The project’s resident DJs will be responsible for the festive atmosphere.

The team of Italian cuisine restaurant 345 has updated its breakfast menu. Chef Vittorio Chirizzi’s new dishes are served daily from 09:00, on weekdays until 13:00 and on weekends until 14:00. New products include croissants with shrimp and stracciatella, and pastrami with tomato and spinach. Protein omelette served with green salad and zucchini slices, and veal cheeks cooked in wine and pepper cream. The menu also includes pancakes with red caviar and sour cream.
