Zoomers have found a new way to save money. Those born between 1997 and 2012 prefer to go to bed at nine o’clock in the evening. Instead of parties, noisy companies and the list goes on, they choose good sleep and personal care.

“For me, nothing good happens after nine o’clock at night,” the 19-year-old University of California student tells The Wall Street Journal.
“I’m 20 years old. I’m not supposed to drink on the street, go to clubs, hang out with my friends. But that’s not for me At 5:30, I shower, treat my skin, eat dinner, and sit on my bed with a book and watch a television show. “I will never leave my room unless there is an emergency,” the girl added.

According to recent research, there are indeed many representatives of Generation Z who go to bed around nine o’clock in the evening. This way they take care of their health, which means they can pay for doctor appointments, medications, etc. It means they spend less money.
