The new episode of the cartoon “Moana” will be released this November! Disney CEO Bob Iger announced this in a meeting with NBC.
“Moana continues to be an incredibly popular series, and we can’t wait to tell you more about Moana and Maui when Moana 2 hits theaters this November,” Iger said.
A teaser for the second part of the cartoon was also published on the internet. In the story, Moana receives a mysterious message from her ancestors and travels to Oceania with Maui.
“After hearing the unexpected call of her ancestors, Moana embarks on a journey to the farthest reaches of Oceania, into dangerous and uncharted waters, where she will encounter never-before-seen adventures,” the video description reads.
In addition to the new installment of Moana, the studio announced several more films: Zootopia 2 will be released in 2025, and Toy Story 5 and Frozen 3 will be released in 2026.
