Leonine Studios buys Berlin-based Hyperbole Medien to expand production stability

Leonine Studios from Germany acquire Berlin-based Hyperbole Medien.

Since June 1st, Hyperbole has been alongside i & u TV, Madame Zheng Production, Odeon Fiction, SEO Entertainment, W&B Television and Wiedemann & Berg Film in the Leonine Production Group.

Hyperbole focuses on socially relevant entertainment using a Y&Z generation-oriented mix of politics and pop culture. Its products include the ZDF series. GermanyWhich won the Grimme Award and the Digital Golden Camera Awards and the political entertainment format ZDFneo 13 Fragen (ZDFneo). He also works for the German political journalism YouTube channel Die Da Oben for SWR / Funk.

Hyperbole’s former owner Bastian Asdonk continues to be CEO. Joining him on the Hyperbole management team will be Christian Lein Studios, digital director Christian Mainberger.
