Marilyn Manson’s Ex-Assistant’s Lawsuit Dismissed, Judge Rules Cannot Be Reopened

Manson’s lawyer, Jean Williams, said the amended case was “based on resistance they could not bring out, where events that he does not remember prevented him from suing.”

Walters argued that Manson feared his violent and angry outbursts and forced him to work overtime. She also said that Manson kissed her hard.

Walters filed an amended lawsuit on March 11 after Manson’s attorney disputed the timing of his claims.

Manson denied all allegations in both of Walters’ lawsuits, and in April requested that his claims be dismissed without the ability to file another amended lawsuit.

Manson’s ex-fiancee” and western world Actress Evan Rachel Wood also filed charges of defamation with Manson, who denied the charges and filed a defamation lawsuit. Bianco’s outfit is also active.
