The (easy) recipe for homemade Carambar

Do you want to eat Carambar, but without buying them? Come on, let’s go and make the recipe with our noses.

If you don’t like the flavor of caramel, this recipe is not for you. On the other hand, if you want to be a child again or let your children taste these sweets that stick to their teeth, there will be something to do! Well, on the other hand, we don’t have the jokes to go with it, but there’s nothing stopping you from finding some yourself. I have the one about a penguin who breathed through his butt and who sits down one day and dies, but it seems like it’s only funny when you hear it when you’re drunk. My humorous talent will obviously only be recognized after my death, what do you want?

The quick and easy recipe for homemade Carambar

To make this recipe, initially found on the site The Super SuperetteYou will need:

  • 125 g of icing sugar
  • 25 g of full cream
  • 15 g of salted butter
  • 15 g of dark chocolate

Do you have all the ingredients on hand? Let’s go. Start by placing the cream, butter and chocolate cut into pieces in a salad bowl. Then pour the sugar into a non-stick pan over high heat. Do not stir, but rotate the pan. When the caramel has formed and has a nice amber color, add your mixture and mix everything with a wooden spatula.

Once ready, put the mixture into the finance molds and let everything cool for 15 minutes. If you don’t have these molds you can also try forming sticks on a sheet of baking paper.

After 15 minutes, once the mixture has hardened, cut the pieces into Carambar shapes and you’re ready! You can wrap them in sheets of sulfur paper and store them in a closed jar.
