The very simple healthy biscuit recipe to make with just 5 ingredients

The ingredients needed for the recipe

To make this recipe you will need:

  • 150 g of wholemeal flour
  • 400g of apple compote without added sugar
  • 150 g of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 sachet of yeast
  • 50 g of hazelnuts
  • 1 pinch of salt
The very simple healthy biscuit recipe to make with just 5 ingredients

The recipe step by step

Step no. 1: In a salad bowl mix the wholemeal flour, baking powder and salt.

Step no. 2: Add the apple compote to the dry mixture and mix everything until you obtain a smooth paste.


Step no. 3: Pour the dark chocolate chips and the previously chopped hazelnuts into your salad bowl. Mix everything.

Step no. 4: Preheat the oven to 180°c.

Step no. 5: Spread baking paper on your baking tray. Form small uniform balls of dough using a spoon as a measuring unit. The target ? Let all the balls be approximately the same size.

Step no. 6: Put the biscuits in the oven for 20 minutes and take them out when they have become slightly golden.

Step #7: Let them cool and then add a sprig of fleur de sel on top of your biscuits. Enjoy!
