From Aubrey Plaza’s boob dress to chic Bradley Cooper: The 5 best looks of the week

The week is drawing to a close, which means it’s time for our regular column featuring the best and worst images of the stars. We know it’s hard to keep track of every look of even the most beloved celebrities in this endless news feed, so we do the work for you and track their every fashion success or utter failure.

The 2024 awards season continues, and red carpet appearances continue at the major awards. This week, the show was dominated by two ceremonies: the Critics’ Choice Awards and the consecutive Emmys. All our hopes were for the latter, but the opposite happened. The looks of guests attending the Broadcast Film Critics Association Awards overshadowed the outfits on the Oscars carpet. For example, one of the most memorable and flashy dresses of the week was exhibited by singer Dua Lipa. The star appeared in killer Prada at the Critics’ Choice Awards, with many believing her look was inspired by cult hero Jessica Rabbit.

However, there were also interesting images that could light the way at the Emmy awards. For example, Aubrey Plaza, who went to the ceremony to receive the “Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series” award for her role in the movie “White Lotus”. Although this title was taken by her co-star Jennifer Coolidge, the actress managed to become a star on the carpet. Aubrey Plaza showed up in a Loewe dress from the spring-summer 2024 collection and immediately became a meme. It reminded internet users of the same yellow sticky notes. And then it started. Some remembered Sex and the City’s Carrie Bradshaw leaving a note like this for her boyfriend, while others showed off their ideas of what Aubrey Plaza could write on that dress.

By the way, today a man finally managed to reach our summit. Bradley Cooper looked flawless at the fashion show of his new Louis Vuitton collection. The only thing missing is Irina Shayk next to him. But dreams of a reunion must of course remain in the past because the actor is now in a relationship with Gigi Hadid. Maybe it was she who influenced his style?
