From bad jeans-wearing Blake Lively to schoolgirl Billie Eilish: The 5 worst looks of the week

The week is drawing to a close, which means it’s time for our regular column featuring the best and worst images of stars. We know it’s hard to keep track of every look of even the most beloved celebs in this endless news feed, so we do the work for you and track their every fashion success or utter failure.

This week was packed with events, so many celebrities took to the stage. It all started with the Golden Globe Awards, which kicked off the 2024 awards season. This time the event surprised many because most of the celebrities did a good job and pleased us with their images. But there were also those whose stylists did a worse job. For example, Billie Eilish’s large and inappropriate coral socks, like “school”. Only Oprah Winfrey is worse, but I must say, at least she doesn’t change her style. Unfortunately, 90% of the famous journalist’s images leave much to be desired. And the Golden Globe ceremony is no exception.

Next up in our ranking of the worst images is Penelope Cruz at the Governors Awards pre-Oscar night. Even though the Chanel dress itself is pretty good, you can’t help but feel that it doesn’t suit the bright and gorgeous Spanish actress at all.

But we didn’t just check out the outfits on the red carpet, we also observed Hollywood street style. And there is definitely something to criticize here. For example, the outfits of best friends – Blake Lively and Taylor Swift. The former tried a full denim look but wasn’t entirely successful. And red boots spoiled her even more.
