The ride went up a steep incline when it stopped, leaving riders in a nearly vertical position.
The roller coaster, named Crater, was stopped on January 3 at Parque del Café in Montenegro, west of Bogota, Colombia.

Meanwhile, we see two more rescuers get into the freight elevator to help with the rescue operation.
After about 30 minutes, the group reached the ground safely and without injuries.
After the incident, a park spokesperson reiterated its commitment to public safety and praised the actions of first responders involved in the rescue effort.
One resident said: “There is always something going on at this attraction.”
The Crater roller coaster, the park’s main attraction, opened in 2015.
The ride was opened to celebrate the park’s 30th anniversary.
The roller coaster has multiple turns of 360 and 180 degrees and can reach speeds of up to 95 km/h.
