This is what happened during an intimate evening in the Door 2310 bar, where Gosha Rushev, Vitaly Istomin, Artem Losev and others gathered.
Emphasis was placed on gastronomic discoveries and tasting of three new Mamont delicacies. In addition to spending time with a pleasant conversation, guests also tried signature drinks of head bartender Dima Nestorov (founder of Door 2310 bar, head bartender of Simachev Bar). He developed a cocktail menu that combines three gastronomic routes: northern with notes of fresh fruit – cloud berries, blueberries, cranberries and blueberries, cold freshness with cardamom and classic with bright citrus.
It is worth highlighting the culinary experiments of chef Andrey Chalkin (Mr. Lee, Luciano, Savva). He chose a great food pairing. Cocktails were harmoniously combined with chicken liver pâté, leeks and brioche, tartine with Gorgonzola and caramelized hazelnuts, grilled scallops with celery and other interesting dishes.
