A woman who cut off her husband’s penis and flushed it down the toilet told police in Brazil she did it after discovering he had bedded their 15-year-old niece.
The 34-year-old woman, who has not yet been named, told officials in Atibaia, near Sao Paulo, Brazil, that she initially requested her husband to sleep with her.
But after tying his arms and legs to the bed, she pulled out a razor and cut off his manhood, according to local media.
After taking a photo of the severed organ, she flushed it down the toilet, she admitted on December 22.
When she later turned herself in to police, she said she washed it off because she “heard it was possible to put it back on.”

She had previously gone to the local police station with her brother and told them: “Good evening, police officer, I have come to introduce myself because I have just cut off my husband’s penis.”
Her 39-year-old husband, also unnamed, was found alive and hospitalized, but his current health status is unclear.
His wife is in custody and charged with attempted murder.
The investigation continues and the police have not yet commented on the woman’s claim that he had sex with her cousin.
