Prince Andrew’s prosecutor Virginia Giuffre welcomed a judge’s decision to expose 170 people linked to Jeffrey Epstein, mocking his associates by asking: “Who’s on the naughty list?”

Giuffre, née Roberts, who claims she was trafficked by Epstein and had sex with Prince Andrew when she was 17, won in her bid to get back a dossier containing the names of the financier’s disgraced associates and victims.
The 40-year-old took to X today to celebrate the verdict, writing: “Dozens of Jeffrey Epstein’s associates and victims are likely to be publicly identified in court proceedings in the coming weeks.” She thanked the judge who handed down the sentence and called her “a truth seeker and fixer”.
With the release date set for January 1, a holiday in the US, the names will be announced in early 2024. Giuffre excitedly adds: “There will be a lot of nervous people over Christmas and New Year.”

The Duke of York could be among those under renewed scrutiny if he is named in the documents (pictured walking together in Central Park in 2010).
Sen. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee responded to the decision this week and wrote further
“The American people deserve to know who was involved in Epstein’s crimes.”
Giuffre responded to the comment: “We are finally hearing from members of the US government senators about the need for transparency and accountability!!”
The Duke of York, who reached an out-of-court settlement with Giuffre in 2022 and paid out £12 million, could be among those under renewed scrutiny if he is named in the documents.
Unless the ruling is appealed, new light will be shed on Epstein’s sex-trafficking and influence network from January 1.
Judge Loretta Preska wrote “completely unsealed” next to the names of 177 “people” who are Epstein’s friends, recruiters and victims.
The material relates to a defamation suit brought by Prince Andrew’s prosecutor Virginia Roberts in New York against Epstein’s wife Ghislaine Maxwell.
Giuffre sued Maxwell for defamation in 2016, and while the case was settled, The Miami Herald — which published a shocking exposé about Epstein that led to his arrest in 2019 — sued to release the documents.
Some of the dos are identified in the ruling by links to interviews they gave to the media, which the judge cited as a reason they should not remain private.
Among them are the housekeepers on Epstein’s private island in the Caribbean, where some of the worst abuse he committed took place.
In her ruling, Judge Preska gave all lecturers who objected to the release of their documents a deadline of 14 days.
The documents may include details about another of Prince Andrew’s accusers, Johanna Sjoberg, who claims he fondled her breasts at Epstein’s New York home.
There will also be material on Haley Robson, who was named in police files from Epstein’s original investigation in Palm Beach in 2006 as a recruiter – although she recently claimed she was also a victim.
The filing shows that some of the documents refer to Jean-Luc Brunel, a French model scout who was close to Epstein and allegedly molested many young women.
Brunel hanged himself in a Paris prison cell in 2022 while awaiting trial on a series of sex allegations.

Documents in the case have been released continuously since 2019, when the first batch was released days before Epstein also hanged himself in prison while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges.
Among the revelations in earlier sets of documents were emails between Andrew and Epstein from 2015 in which Roberts made allegations about him.
The group of 177 people is the final group and includes many who have been notified by the court but have no objection to the publication of documents bearing their names.
The material is likely to include depositions, emails, legal documents and other material not previously published.
