Late Friday night and early Saturday morning suspended Rep. George Santos went on X to question the ethics of several former House colleagues.

Santos was ousted on Friday for alleged ethics violations, including spending donations on the offending subscription site OnlyFans and Botox treatments. Santos’ suspension from the House of Representatives is effective immediately and New York Governor Kathy Hochul must declare the seat vacant and call a special election. He is the sixth House member to be suspended and the first Republican.

Santos said on social media that he was filing ethics charges against Republican Rep. Nicole Malliotakis will file for alleged questionable stock trading and Mike Lawler for campaign finance violations.

He also asked a question online about Democratic Rep. Rob Menendez raised and claimed that his ties to his father and sen. Bob Menendez, who himself is being investigated by the Department of Justice, should be investigated.

“Although Congressman Menedez was not indicted because of the Justice Department’s close investigation into his father, questions remain about what he knew and when he knew it,” Santos wrote.

The defendants’ representatives have not yet commented on Santos’ allegations.
