Booba’s criticisms echoed the thirty testimonies collected by journalist Virginie Vilar which revealed an atmosphere of “terror” within production. Cyril Hanouna’s collaborators spoke about this in particular, most of whom wanted to remain anonymous threats, harassment, pressure and pre-determined debates.
Booba also criticized Hanouna for giving the floor to people who shouldn’t have it, inviting personalities he believes to be “fascists”quoting Jean Messiha and Eric Zemmour. Opening the debate beyond the limits set by the TPMP, the rapper questioned the concentration of the press in the hands of a handful of billionaires, starting with Vincent Bolloré. For Booba it is now urgent to do so “restore real journalism” :
“ If I had a message to send Vincent Bolloré, I would tell him to get rid of Morandini, Pascal Praud and Cyril Hanouna, and do it restore real journalismand to stop all this masquerade. »
It remains to be seen whether the revelations on this issue have been observed 3 million viewers will impact Cyril Hanouna’s reign. The future will tell.
