In the latest episode of the Ruth’s Table 4 podcast, the celebrity talked about how she stays in shape. “I used to be able to eat anything. My metabolism started to slow down around the age of 30. For example, Linda tried the Master Cleanse method, which involves drinking only salt water and herbal laxative tea for ten days. She also attended week-long retreats in Palma twice a year. “I started cleaning regularly. But I think it is harmful to my body,” he explained and explained their meaning. “You just drink liquids; water or light tea with lemon and mint. In general, you should be able to get by with one glass of juice a day. And once a day, you can have soup, which is essentially water and a single vegetable,” the star explained.
