“The last 2 years have been difficult, I tried not to feel sorry for myself, to compete, to perform, not to get discouraged, but now I listened to myself and realized that I needed a break. I take time off to take care of myself: I spend more time with loved ones, I develop, I get enough sleep, I relax, I engage in psychology, charity work and other personal projects. And of course I continue to skate, see you at the show and in the winter at the jumping championships! – signed the champion publication.
Let us remind you that Elizaveta Tuktamysheva is 26 years old, she is also the silver medalist of the 2021 World Championship, the bronze medalist of the 2013 European Championship and the winner of the Grand Prix series final of the 2014/15 season. The skater won gold (2021), silver (2015) and bronze (2019) at the world team championships.
