Hello to all fashion lovers! Your fashion editor is here. There are so many trends and brands in my world that I decided to keep an online journal where I would note the most important things in the industry. And although such diaries are often called personal, mine is open to all readers – so you will be aware of the most interesting things.

Fashion month ended this week. The results of Fashion Weeks were summarized, trends were analyzed and the most striking images of the guests were collected. This means all fashion editors and critics can breathe for a while. True, this did not work, because on Wednesday the Alexander McQueen fashion house announced a new creative director. That person was Central Saint Martens alumnus and former JW Anderson designer Sean McGirr. And then a barrage of criticism fell on the Kering conglomerate. And this all happened because a white man was appointed to the position of creative director. By the way, it is worth remembering that there have been rumors for a long time that this position will be given to designer Dilara Fındıkoğlu. However, this did not happen.

Fashion news doesn’t end there. This week we saw a new ad campaign for Kim Kardashian’s Skims brand. She plays Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall, 67. And it is worth saying that it looks luxurious.

There were really many interesting events this week, so I suggest you take a short digital journey with me into the latest news from the world of fashion and learn a little more about our domestic brands, advertising campaigns and collections. Shall we begin?

I advise all sneaker enthusiasts to get ready, because yesterday the Street Beat team and designer Nikanor Jarmin presented a new sneaker model. The solid shape, elegant silhouette, clean lines and premium materials all come together to create a solid and durable look for the Solid model. Following the presentation, the sneakers will appear on the shelves of Street Beat stores in five colors: black, khaki, grey, white and beige. The upper part of the sneakers is made of high-quality genuine leather or nubuck, all models except black have textile lining.

Meanwhile, the Street Beat team held a closed event in the existing parking lot for the brand’s customers and friends to unveil its new sneakers. The urbanism and strong energy of the venue, together with the excellent lineup of famous DJs The Dawless and DJ Lala and artists Cream Soda and Nedra, made the event unforgettable.

Watching brands collaborate with each other and create a unique product is a pleasure in itself. That’s why we follow all brand news closely and never miss a collaboration. For example, today we learned about the collaboration between Russian clothing brand Chaika and South Korea’s largest beauty box service 82Box. “We are in love with South Korea. Our paths often cross there. But we are also united by something more: shared meanings and values,” shares the Chaika team.

As part of this collaboration, a hoodie was revealed with circular text on it that translates to “Dream, Love, Act” in Korean. By the way, there is a reason why words are embroidered in a circle – for brands, all these concepts are inextricably linked. Limited edition hoodies from the 82Box x Chaika collaboration will be available on the website today.

The fashion and art industries are not only linked, but also develop symbiotically, complementing and transforming each other. Designers often take references from masterpieces of world painting, offer collaborations with talented artists, and in return create personalized products and stage real performances.

Recently, Russian brand 2Mood presented a collaboration with artist Zhenya Datsko. She created three paintings specifically for the brand, inspired by autumnal moods and how our situations change during this time of year. The result was the paintings Never Stop Dreaming, Don’t Stay Offline and Be in the Moment. The images formed the basis for prints for items in the capsule collection: sweatshirts, blankets, paintings by numbers, thermal mugs, journals and smartphone cases. All these are objects that accompany us in everyday life and can make ordinary moments brighter. The collection will be available starting September 26 and will be available in all 2MOOD stores and on the brand’s website.

What happens when you add some drama to the romantic mood? The result will be a new collection from the Russian brand Abitu. This time, the brand’s design team decided to focus on a simpler color palette. So, for autumn, signature jacquard tops, corsets and jackets came in rich shades of gray, deep black and chocolate. But the The Fashion Vibes fashion editor’s favorite goes to the Black floral miniskirt suit. The glossy black color and textured floral pattern are just what you need for fall dates.

If you periodically hang out on Pinterest or posts on social networks, you have probably seen pictures of the American “princess” Carolyn Bisset-Kennedy. In the 1990s, the wife of John Kennedy Jr. became a real girl who literally everyone wanted to imitate. She did not wear flashy clothes with flashy logos, sent back all gifts from luxury brands, and used her favorite wardrobe items for years. And something tells us that she will definitely like Highcraft, a Russian brand specializing in leather bags and accessories.

The brand’s assortment will respond to any requests: for active residents of the metropolis – roomy bags and for shoppers, for those who want to feel light – crossbody and waist bags. The brand’s color palette suits the season perfectly, from basic tones of black and brown to deep emerald and whiskey. The most important advantage of the brand is superior quality products and loyal price policy. And you can easily customize the selected model. Order in the color or color combination you want, choose leather type, lining and thread color, add pockets, zippers and initials to the bag. In fact, the brand offers custom tailoring, but at a reasonable price.

Warm September – that’s it. Real autumn is approaching, which means it’s time to drink ginger lattes, sit in cozy cafes in the evenings and watch soulful movies. Just update your wardrobe on the occasion of the end of the warm season. You should start with shoes and accessories. Your humble fashion editor found trendy options in Russian brand Emka’s new collection, codenamed The Way You Walk.

You’ll find thigh-high leather boots, suede ankle boots and excellent Chelsea boots on the website and in the brand’s stores. The collection also includes trendy bags in line with the Old Money spirit.

Let’s be friends?
