According to the paperwork, Joe wants custody of his two daughters. Sources claim that the couple also made a prenuptial agreement. The singer asks the judge to create a parenting plan between herself and Sophie that allows for “frequent and prolonged contact with both.” Interestingly, the man confirms that the children lived with him recently and went on tour together. He also wants both parents to pay child support. A source explained the reason for the couple’s divorce: “She likes to party, she likes to stay at home.
