Recently there was information that a monument will be erected in the UK to Elizabeth II and her corgis, and today learned about the pet parade. (Well, isn’t it cute?). The Associated Press reported that 20 people took their corgis for a walk in London. The dogs were dressed in royal attire and crowns. The people honored the memory of the Queen with their actions.

“We have come to honor the memory of His Majesty, who passed away a year ago. And I think the best way to do that is with the Corgi, a breed he has loved and treasured throughout his life. Every year we will hold such a parade in memory of Elizabeth II. I still can’t get used to the fact that he’s no longer with us. But she’s looking down on us from the sky; just look at the sun today!” said organizer Agatha Krerer-Gilbert.

We previously wrote about who will play Elizabeth II in the new season of The Crown.
