At the end of last year, Telegram channels wrote that the items in the safes in Turkey’s five-star hotel D Mari Bay began to disappear.

One of the victims was Russian woman Yulia Vishnyakova, whose diamond ring worth four million rubles was stolen. “The girl personally went to the police station, but even there, hearing only the name of the hotel, they stubbornly refused to accept the application – they assured that the hotel management would “conduct its own investigation.” The Pravdorubka Telegram channel reported that only after long discussions the application was accepted.
As it is now known, six months after the incident, Turkish law enforcement remained inactive and the hotel staff did not even apologize.
Meanwhile, another victim from Russia was reportedly the artist Oksana Rim. “When I came to the room on Tuesday evening, I saw that the safe was open (the jewels were in place, and the nth amount of money was missing from the pile)” (spelling and punctuation marks the author preserved – Approx. ed.), – wrote on the Telegram channel in the summer of 2022.
