There are some things in life that you don’t mess with, and snacking is one of them. Child or not child, who cares, everyone (or almost) likes to eat good stuff, and if it’s sweet it’s even better (except the teeth, but that’s another matter).
So, without further ado, here is the banana bread recipe, the one that met with great success during the first birth, when everyone thought they were a starred chef who made his own bread and desserts.
The quick and easy recipe of banana bread with chocolate chips
To make this delicious recipe you will need:
- 4 very ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 natural, vegetable or animal yoghurt
- 15cl of animal or vegetable milk
- 120 g of corn starch
- 100 g of rice flour (for a gluten-free version) or wheat flour
- 100 g of chocolate drops
First, mash three bananas on a plate using a fork. If they’re really ripe, it should be super easy. Then, in a bowl, mix the bananas with the eggs, brown sugar, yogurt and milk. Mix, mix and then add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and finally the famous chocolate chips (you can even break a bar of chocolate, it’s even better, I think).
Preheat the oven to 175° degrees. Butter a cake tin (or line it with baking paper) and pour your dough into it. Finally, cut the last banana in half, lengthwise, and place it on top of the preparation.
Hop, in the oven for 50 minutes, and it’s good, you can throw yourself on it and devour it all without a shred of guilt, because it really is the best cake.
