Summer is coming and with it the festival season! Do you want to innovate, change the air, shake up habits? If you like them outdoor concertsbut are you tired of being squeezed into the same places without ever getting a glimpse of the scene, this selection of lesser known holidays it could be for you.

Here are three more private parties, which will be held from June to the very beginning of July and which really deserve a detour…

The sweetest: La Douve Blanche

You like beautiful landscapes, good music and good food ? This festival, produced by the Animal collective and the Sebulba association, is made for you. It has been held for 8 years at the Egreville Castlewho will host it on the weekend of 7, 8 and 9 July 2023 for its 9ᵉ edition.

On the program, seasonal culinary creations, imagined by chef•fe•s invited for the occasion, made under the astonished eyes of spectators who will be able to taste them during various highlights. three scenes, two focused on live and one entirely DJthat honor musical diversity: from hip hop to garage, from techno to house, from French pop to Spanish or Norwegian rnb, from cloud rap to new wave, from electro to soul… There is something for all tastes.

Sunniest: Marsatac

Okay, that’s not entirely unheard of, and this year will mark hers as well 25th anniversary. But he’s reinventing himself, and his new day format promises good memories under the Marseille sun.

Also equipped with a food courthighlights the local products and promotes the meeting in its space Break where you can exchange with those who are building a more united world. It costs alignstrong in its rap roots, Marsatac has enriched itself with an electro opening that is celebrated today in a singular and hybrid programmingwhich promotes the giants of the French scene as well as a dynamic and (d)surprising young creation.

The most poetic: Midnight before dark

It is not very old, but its name is enough to seduce us: midnight before dark will be held from 8 to 11 June at the Parc Saint-Pierre and in the floating gardens of the Hortillonnages, in Amiens. For its fourth edition, the festival, located between grass and water offers a natural environment, conducive to daydreaming.

Most ? The festival is completely free two days out of fourand when it’s not, it offers low prices, to challenge all competition. Like last year, its programming highlights artists from the French-speaking scene. We will find especially Apple, Lorenzo, La Femme or even Jeanne Added… The perfect party to enjoy the last days of spring and welcome summer with open arms.
