Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were today ordered by a Romanian court to remain under house arrest for a further 30 days while police continue to investigate allegations of sex trafficking.
Andrew Tate (36) was arrested on 29 December in Bucharest together with Tristan and two Romanian women on suspicion of human trafficking, rape and the formation of an organized crime group to exploit victims.
After being released from detention last month, the brothers were placed under house arrest.
However, charges are still pending against the controversial influencer, his brother and their two Romanian associates.
Prosecutors are still investigating the two brothers and their alleged accomplices in the crimes. All four people denied the allegations.

Tate, his brother Tristan and their Romanian associates Georgiana Naghel (28) and Luana Radu (32) were all released from prison on March 31 to be placed under house arrest.
The detention of all four has now been extended by 30 days, the court in Bucharest decided this afternoon.
This now means that the four of them will only be able to leave their homes on May 29.
The decision of the magistrates of the Bucharest Court can be appealed. Whether Tate and his alleged accomplices will do so is unclear.
Tate previously took the case to the Bucharest Court of Appeal, but was unsuccessful in several attempts to have him released.
The former kickboxer and controversial social media personality appeared in court on Friday afternoon. He was flanked by his lawyers and his brother.
Reporters followed Tate as he left court, but he remained largely silent. His lawyer dismissed several questions in Romanian.
The group then got into a black Mercedes after being ordered to remain under house arrest.

It comes after Tate and his brother were left “speechless” last month when the court ruled that the misogynistic influencer must remain in jail for an additional 30 days on sex trafficking charges.
Both Tate brothers criticized the judge’s decision last month, saying their image had been “irreparably damaged” by Romania’s criminal justice system, while insisting it would “take years” to rebuild its reputation.
It is understood that prosecutors can still request detention for a total of 180 days, meaning Tate will not be released from prison until at least June 27 if the judge extends his sentence further.
Tate and his alleged accomplices are accused of recruiting young women and forcing them to create pornographic content online.
Prosecutors alleged that the Tate brothers recruited their victims by seducing them and falsely claiming they wanted a relationship or marriage.
The victims were then taken to properties on the outskirts of the capital, Bucharest, and forced to produce pornographic content for social media sites, which yielded huge financial gains, prosecutors said.

Tate’s views on women, masculinity and entrepreneurship, expressed on podcasts and shared online, gained popularity in 2022 when they were shared in short clips on social media.
He ended up being banned from various platforms for misogyny and hate speech.
Tate has repeatedly claimed that Romanian prosecutors have no evidence and claims her case is a “political” conspiracy intended to silence him.
