However, if you want to pamper yourself with something sweet, Laysan prepares a delicious snack for herself – sweet potatoes baked in coconut oil. The TV presenter shared the recipe and secrets of proper nutrition together with the Food.ru brand chief Sergey Kuznetsov as part of the master class of the Pyaterochka retail chain.
Laysan cuts all products with specially prepared knives. Regarding the recipe, she shared that she now cooks in the kitchen with Pininfarina knives, which can be purchased at Pyaterochka stores by making daily purchases with her loyalty card.

While Laysan was preparing the dessert, Sergey told the guests of the event how to use the knives correctly, which one is better for everyday use, and the differences between the knives. The chef also shared some life tips on how utensils should last a long time: do not wash the knives in hot water and in the dishwasher – this will dull them and it is better to sharpen them with special sharpeners.

Cut the sweet potato into slices, place on a baking sheet, pre-oil with melted coconut oil and sweetener for 10 minutes in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Then put dates on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and add lemon and cook again for 10 minutes before baking.
